Can TeamSite rate content?

I thought I remember reading that Interwoven had a product that could allow users to rate content. Has anyone enabled content rating using Interwoven?

If by content rating you mean "suitability-to-audience" you might want to look at Interwoven-metatagger. Post the query in Meta-Tagger forum and you might get useful inputs on this.

Either use Meta-tagger or put your custome script which can rate the content as per your requirements using extended attributes and render the page be reading the same.

It does not sound like that is what Evan is asking about. Now with TeamPortal using one of the Portals that is out there, you can put something like that together (and get the information back to the content team).

I am guessing that he wants a widget on the page that says rate this page (on the production , non TS server) and the data goes back to the content team.

Even without TP, you can do this on an intranet (requiring the ability to connect from the webserver to the TS server). That is not something you would be able to do from your .com site.

nipper is correct. Where can I find out more about this type of functionality? Is Interwoven even the right place to have this functionality? Perhaps it's better to have this "widget" be some web service that would report results. Thoughts?

I would check out the new announcements IWOV has made with WebTrends, Omniture and people like that. They deal in the analytics. However you also want that information round tripped to TeamSite so that the feedback can be used by your content team.

The net is that you can build or buy a widget to allow someone to rate this page and then you need to move the answers, likely through the firewall, to a place where the content team can use it.
