datadeploy problem

hi,

My datadeploy was working fine. But when I added
* a new item in the tag UI and also created the corresponding new field in the database.
* also mapped the column name and value-from-field (no typo) correctly

I see the new item in the tag UI, save it with a value - but when I deploy, it updates as 'null' in the database. Other items from tag UI are updating properly.

Any pointers?

Try to deploy a fixed value for testing purpose. Check if it's working fine.

Did you check the metadata added?

if not Try to add by running iwextattr comand.

What does your datadeploy log say?

Does it report any error?

Is the datadeploy creating tuple with your data shown in the log?

What rev of OD are you using ? What is the other data being pushed (template or extended attributes) ?

This is fine now.

It was not working only for a particular DCR - figured out that some manual update happened in the database for that record.
