Adobe Illustrator File's association Missing

Hi,

I uploaded an Adobe illustrator file (.ai) The illustrator file is

created with some psd images(Links)
I can download it , But When I try to open the download .ai file in Adobe illustrator ,

It says the links are missing .

How to resolve this?

Does MediaBin support associations (links)with in .ai files ?

I am afraid that the only way to maintain links is to have software on the client side since the MediaBin server does not (necessarily) have access to local drives. We have plug-ins for Quark and InDesign to accomplish this and improved versions are in the works. Unfortunately we do not currently have an analogous plug-in for Illustrator although it is something we know if lacking.
