You have to loop through all the active jobs and find out the active task within that. Using the object of the active task ID, use the GetComments method.

To get all the active jobs use the CLT - iwgetwfobj

You'd probably be better off using either iwqueryjobs and/or iwquerytasks - or - write the entire thing using the modules:
