how i can copy data ? from DC To DRC

Hi All..
I have question. I have 2 server (DC,DRC) and every is same.
I want to copy data from DC Server to Drc Server. So I deploy d:\iw-store\default from DC Server
to d:\iw-store DRC Server by Opendeploy

Choice 1
Step deploy

1. call iwfreeze + (time)
2. run iwodstart + deploy file (xml file )
3. after everyting is complate call iwfreeze --

It Correct Y/N ? And If check data from Y: Drive Drc Server It Same
Dc Server Y/N ?

Choice 2
Step copy

DC Server
1. Stop All Service TS+Opendeploy
2. copy d:\iw-store to HD.
3. Start All Service TS+Opendeploy

DRC Server
1. Stop All Service TS+Opendeploy
2. copy d:\iw-store from HD
3. Start All Service TS+Opendeploy

It Correct Y/N ? And If check data from Y: Drive Drc Server It Same
Dc Server Y/N ?

Question
if choice 1 or choice 2 or choice 1 and 2 is correct.
Permission or file owner it have Problem ? or Every thing is same ?

DC & DRC are they the same environments with same Interwoven product versions?

Yes, Every ting is same (HW,SW) but Location DC Server is my office. But
Location Drc Server is Backup Site

If you mess with the store then you need to freeze, if you are accessing through Y: you do not. Choice 2 much better.

BTW, are these in the same domain ? Are the users the same between the 2 ? If not then you will need to map the ids if you copy the stores.

Using which account did you copy the store or used opendeploy script.

Option 2 is better. Using option 1, you need extra step to carry over EAs of the deployed files.
