teamsite email functionality not working

hi,

We used to have system-generated email send to the user when publish the document.

But now this function is not stable, sometimes it can work, but sometimes it not working.

Can anybody tell me how to check this issue in teamsite end ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Add a bunch of well-thought-out debugging to the script(s) being called and check them for both successful and unsuccessful runs and see if that sheds some light.

You have have to enable debugging at the actual Mail module level too - because sometimes the problem isn't on the TS end - sometimes its on the mailserver end...
