Thats the issue with CGI script it won't return the exact error. Having said that, I can assume that your CGI script is not creating any log of it own.
I suggest run your CGI in command line and that see if you can find any error. Moving forward you should try and create log for your programm that would help debug easy.

Solaris
/var/adm/logs/iwui/error_log

The above are the default locations.

But if you have changed the default values, check the new values in the /etc/iw.cfg file.
