Workflow Modeller and Dynamic Workflows

Hi,
I'm just starting the detailed design phase of my first Workflow Modeller project and just to make the introduction nice and easy...the requirements call for a really complex workflow!

Files from the same workarea will require approval be different approval groups, based on location. Working out the group from the location is simple-enough.

When a new job is initiated I'll need to check the attached files, split by approval groups and add parallel (AND) approval tasks.

Not trivial but I basically know who to do this with traditional WFT files (or where to start at least) but it's not clear to me if/how this is done through Workflow Modeller.

Does anyone have any tips or done anything similar in WFM?
