Measuring Network latency

Hi All,

We are using the below URL
https:// /iw-cc/command/iw.ping

You would get something as
Interwoven Ping
Ping start mark: 1195484115846
Ping end mark: 1195484116171
Ping round trip time: 325 ms.

Is there any bench mark for "Ping round trip time " ? What are the range of values that will tell us that there is a problem for Network latency ?

If any one is having any idea on the same then pls let me know.
