Permissons issues

Upgraded to TS 671 windows server 2003 ee everything seems to be working fine, permissions are all set correctly yet i have some users who have access to edit etc in some branches and not in others. I go directly to the server and the group permissions are fine down to the file level yet certain files are still greyed out in Teamsite, i'm totally stumped help!

did you check that everything is set up correctly in terms of (Flex)roles per user per branch?

Ok figured it out, looks like the migrate script created some roles that hosed access to certain users on certain branches. The documentation should go deeper when it comes to roles and users, they really buried the functionality to see where the edit role/users within that role per branch is located in 6.7.1.
