From 2 days we are facing this problem.. Please Let us know about the issue as it is urgent

If the issue is urgent - you should have a case open with IWOV Support.
If you have such an issue open, you should indicate as much in your posting in the forums (there's nothing wrong with widening the search for answers - just be honest about it)
Have you bothered to look at the end of each log file in iwhome/local/logs/ and iwhome/local/logs/iwui/ ?
Have you tried restarting any / all of the services and/or rebooting the system (it is a PC after all ;-)? ... and again, checking the log files in the aforementioned locations to see what they provide in the way of information

Interwoven UI webapps are run by the tomcat that ships with the Teamsite
product so if I'm right we're not talking about a external Web/App Server here.
There can be multiple reasons behind a 404 error so kindly check and paste the last few lines of the Logs
(As Adam suggested iwhome/local/logs/ and iwhome/local/logs/iwui/ ?)

Also Have you checked KB#58900 in case you have access to http://support.interwoven.com .

What was the last change(If Any) that was done on the Server ?
Eg. UITK Customization or a Patch,Another Product Install/Upgrade

So many log files are there in 'iwui' and 'logs' folder in 'iwhome'.
I don't know from which file, I have to paste some lines.

Please mention some file and help me out.

iwevents.log
iwserver.log
iwtrace.log

Or you may even look into any other log which is getting updated at time of error occurance...

ya we are working on it for past few months. But they made some changes in server from that time we couldn't access teamsite

ya we checked the log files but i didn't find the iwevent.log

The iwevents log is under \local\logs\iwevents\ & \local\logs\iwevents.txt

Uhm - I believe you mean iwhome/local/logs/iwevents.log - the stuff within the iwhome/local/logs/iwevents/ folder is for the event subsystem db I believe.
