You can embed Visual Format Editor in your DCR. Why you want to call it through CGI Call out?

That's what I was asking. What is your requirement? If you want users to have optional VFE then there are ways for that.

There must be a default Textbox..
Through CGI callout,the textbox must be converted to VFE.....

If you look at the attributes for the textarea element (I don't have access right now to do so for you) you will see that there are attributes regarding whether or not to have the VFE appear "inline" - set that to false, and I believe you will accomplish what you are attempting to accomplish.
