Font in Table Classes

How can I implement HD font classes for links throughout a website in table classes. Where do I go in Teamsite structure to make this change and how do I do it.

I'm sure for some the above might be meaningful, but for others (such as myself, at this moment anyway) it is vastly unclear what you are asking.

Perhaps you could provide a bit more context and some examples?

I would like to change the font links on a website. I must implement table classes that are different from the current standard classes we now use. This is what is required of me. Hope this is more informative.

Not really

My only guess is that you're talking about CSS, but even so there's still a lot of missing information (IMO).
