Deployment fails

Hi,

This is my DD config file:

The deployment fails when there is no values for "SIDEBARS_RIGHT_TABLET" group. But SIDEBARS_RIGHT_TABLET is not a mandatory. Only few time the DCR will have the values for SIDEBARS_RIGHT_TABLET.

Please try after adding below code just after primary key section in SIDEBARS_RIGHT_TABLET..

Put skip-group-if-null="yes" in "SIDEBARS_RIGHT_TABLET" group tag.

it works for OD 6.1.1

problem with datadeploy is sometimes you don't get exact error. Could you post your latest code. I am using "skip-group-if-null" and its working fine. One more thing, I'll suggest you to convert xml dcr-type to iwov

I tried changing the DCR structure to IWOV. But still its not working. Same Error.

John, I made some changes in your code. now first of all, convert dcr-type to iwov in templating.cfg then create new dcr and after this try to deploy content using new config file.

one question, how can you have allowed null="yes" for primary key?

I made the changes assuming that we'll have only 2 groups and table in these groups are not dependent on any other table.
