Server Utilization

Our TeamSite Server has recently experienced a dramatic decrease in performance. The server's CPU utilization has been averaging between 90% and 100%. There are two processes that have been splitting this use of capacity fairly evenly - iwperl.exe and iwtmplpreview.cgi. I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar difficulties or could provide insight to solving this problem.

My guess is that you have a template (presentation?) that has some perl code in it that is looping.

We would just kill the processes (the IWPERL one first and see if the template one stops byitself)
