Can you confirm that you're using NIS/Active Directory authentication via a PAM module. ? And Can you enable debugging on the pam module to log authentication attempts. ? Do you get any entry in the PAM log file.I was able to fix this issue by Shutting down TeamSite (/etc/init.d/iw.server stop) and then restarting the problem was cleared in one of the DEV Servers and in another by applying Patch1 and SP1 too.I can't remember exactly but there's already a Bug open for this issue which was addressed in Patch1 or SP1 .
