Critical |server disconnected error in TS

Hi All,

I am getting the following error message in servletd.log file. I am using TS6.7.1 on solaris10 box. we don't have any integration with third part LDAP. The following error doesn't allow any TS users to get into the application. In the login page it gives "Server disconnected" error. I am unable to take the trace of this error in other TS log files.
Also checked the services from backend and everything looks perfect to me. Had a check in system messages log file and couldn't get any clue w.r.t this error.

Has anyone faced this issue before. This issue is in TS development environment and is not allowing the users to login into the system. Is this a bug in TS6.7.1? Since we are in development phase for our project, this issue has been work stopper.

Can you confirm that you're using NIS/Active Directory authentication via a PAM module. ? And Can you enable debugging on the pam module to log authentication attempts. ? Do you get any entry in the PAM log file.

I was able to fix this issue by Shutting down TeamSite (/etc/init.d/iw.server stop) and then restarting the problem was cleared in one of the DEV Servers and in another by applying Patch1 and SP1 too.

I can't remember exactly but there's already a Bug open for this issue which was addressed in Patch1 or SP1 .

We arenot using any ADS/LDAP for authentication. It is TS driven authentication module. As usual I am not getting any strange error in log files. I tried providing incorrect userid as well as password, it says "wrong userid/password". It means that authention module is not the issue creator. I suspect it is servletd process. Let me try restarting the application and will let you know on the status.
