I/O error

Hi All,

I am getting the I/O error when I am trying to see the properties of any file.
First i select one file with in a workarea and then click on properties URL which gives me "I/O Error".

What could be the reason of files metadata's not showing?

Hi,
did you look into any logfiles?
try to find some more information in .../local/logs/iw*.log , .../servletd/logs , .../iw-webd/logs

Try to logout of TeamSite and try again could be some problem with the loading of java applet.

It seems to be a temporary problem. Logout n Login, It should solve the issue.
