Preview webpage

Hey Guys,

How do I see a webpage from a form. I'm suppose to implement HD font classes in the table classes throughout website. I want to see webpage so as I make changes to stylesheet I can test the changes on webpage. When I click preview from form this is what I get from link below "The page cannot be displayed"

/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi/iwtmplpreview.cgi

Do you have any other suggestions.
