First - 5.5 is no longer supported (and hasn't been for quite some time) - you should be looking to upgrade ASAP.
Second - is it 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.5.2? With SPs applied?
Third - You'd need to find the FormAPI Developer's Guide or similar (I don't seem to have one for 5.5x - I think it was still stored at http://server/iw/help/tst/formapi in those days - though I could be wrong)

In the 6.5 manual there's information about IWDatacapture.enableImagePreview

If that doesn't exist in the 5.5.2 manual (which I don't seem to have) - then you might be SOL - sorry.

Or - perhaps it exists but doesn't do what you wanted - in which case you need to provide more detail about what you're doing (where you used that call in your code) and what you are trying to do.
