MetaTagger 4.1.2 on Windows 2003

System

Has anyone installed MetaTagger 4.1.2 on Windows 2003 SP1? I noticed the documentation on the website mentioned is supports Windows 2003 but didn't reference SP1 or 2 specifically.

My assumption is that it doesn't, but thought I would ask.

Yes, though you need to configure DEP (Data Execution Protection) to allow MT do do it's thing. DEP is a new feature of 2k3SP1 that prevents programs from executing their data. It's good for preventing viruses, but it also prevents Java JIT's from running.
