Deployment Fail emails

Hey Guys,

Can you guys help, currently using TS 6.5

When a deployment fails mails are being sent to certain groups. As of now no one knows which groups TS is sending these mails to. If , as it has been the case, someone wants to be removed from this mailing list, where would we need to modify that mailing list? Where in TeamSite the groups are being set for this deploy to live failure error messages.

It all depends, how are the email being sent ? My normal implementation is through workflow. You need to see what is sending them.

Are deployments done via workflow or schedule ?

Not sure how would I check which it uses. I could check on teamsite I just need to know where to look.

You would have to start with the Deployment. How it's initiated? Is it a workflow, Custom command, Trigger, something else?
We can try to guide you but seriously, it looks like you are way over your head with that. IMO you should get some TS Training
or hire somebody who knows this stuff

Another place to check is whether the deployment runs a DNR script to send email after the deployment - then follow the trail from there.
