TeamSite 4.5.1 to 5.5.2 conversion

We are currently testing the new TeamSite 5.5.2 on our Windows developing/testing machine upgrading from 4.5.1 SP2. The convert script is however causing us some problems. As long as we only convert one edition for a specified branch we have no problems. However when trying to convert several edition we run into some serious problems. The script starts skipping files giving the following explanation:

The defined start edition is always converted without any problems but the following editions fail.
I have tried searching existing documentation for solutions without any luck.

If anyone out there has run into the same problem please let me know.

We have performed some additional conversion tests and found the following:

We are able to convert branches with “Submit Lock” and “Optional Write Lock” as locking model without problems. The conversion however fail when attempting to convert branches with “Mandatory Write Lock”. If anyone has successfully converted a “Mandatory Write Lock” branch please let me know.

Lars, it appears to be a bug in the conversion utility. We are currently investigating. We are also investigating a workaround which would include creating a branch on the target side in either optional or submit locking and then converting to that.
