Active Directory filtering

Is there a way to set-up a filter so that Asset Admins only see Users and Groups that are meaningful to them when setting up permissions on folders i.e. filter out all the other groups that are in AD like Account Operators, etc.?

This is for the Web Client in MB 4.6.
