Monitoring OD 6.1 with SNMP

I am a little confused as to what you can monitor with SNMP on Open Deploy 6.1 on Windows 2003.

I understand you can monitor the service but can you use it to alert on jobs that fail or complete with error?

Don't know for sure - but probably not - I believe SNMP is intended to monitor the service to ensure it's up - and not to monitor individual usage of the service to report its internal statistical information ... but I could be wrong ...

You should probably query IWOV Support while waiting feedback here - if you get an answer from them - please post it here too.
