Unable to login to the MediaBin server.

When i try to import an asset from TeamSite with ecm connector i have this error:

MediaBin can't validate guest user Mediabin

Check the credentials of the guest user that you have configured in TS and verify that you can login to MB directly (not through ECM connector).

Hi thanks for reply.

The user have the right credentials, if i try to login directly in MB it works fine.
I'm trying to connect with MB using "Login with a MediaBin guest account".

In the Directory Security tab of MediaBinWebService site i have checked only Basic authentication.

Do you need further info?

Now it's working..

The TeamSite server and Mediabin Server didn't have a connection.
I tried to ping the MediaBin server from Teamsite server and the connection wasn't active.

I have modified the hosts file and all work fine.
