Problem installation 6.5.0 SP3 - Dependency and Compatibility Analysis Result

We had a problem during the installation of the update of TeamSite 6.5.0 SP3. So we had to restart the installation and it refuse to work now.

We receive this error right now :

Dependency and Compatibility Analysis Result:

Rejected module "customsptk" - The module "customsptk" version 6.5.0.2 requires module "tsserver", but "tsserver" is not persent on the system.
Rejected module "customtk" - The module "customtk" version 6.5.0.2 requires module "tsserver", but "tsserver" is not present on the system.
Rejected product "Interwoven TeamSite 6.5.0 Service Pack 3" - some required module(s) cannot be installed on this system.

Do you know any way to do a new installation of the Update of TeamSite 6.5.0 SP3 ? A way to repair the installation of the SP3.

Right now TeamSite seems to be working correctly but we want to correct this problem.

You didn't specify what OS you're using, but you need to be logged in as root to do it. Also, you may want to try uninstalling and then try reinstalling, but I've had problems with that and the whole install info directory can get screwed up.

This installation is running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. Service Pack 1.

Well you could try cleaning the system so that you can reinstall the application - but you'll probably find it a lot faster to wipe the machine completely, reinstall the OS, and then reinstall the application(s) - The registry is a wonderful thing when everything works right - when something messes up, the registry becomes a nightmare (hmm - that sounds similar to my description of DD - but I digress ... ;-)
