Send Modified date to DB using DAS

Can you automatically send the modified date of the DCR to the database? I am using DAS on TS 6.7 and OD 6.1

Do you really care what the modification date on the DCR is, or what the date of insertion into the DB is? For the latter - you should be able to do that directly on the DB side (check your DB vendor manuals for information)

If you really want the modification date of the DCR - then I think you have to do some FormAPI code so that the information is saved either in (content) or on (EA) the DCR just prior to completing a Save request - and then you can use the traditional method of transferring that information from the DCR to the DB.

You might be able to do it with a tuple preprocessor too - but I think the FormAPI approach is probably easier.
