Browse path error

Hi All,

The requirement is as folows:
1. The user first select the images and submit them to 'Staging'.
2. The DCT needs to pick the images from the 'Staging' area.

Im able to navigate to the 'Staging' area 'images' folder through the 'TeamSite' Browse and on selecting a file and clicking 'Ok', it is giving the path as
"s/images/logo.jpg".

The image"logo.jpg" exists in that folder and I dont understand the significance of 's' appended in the front.
Is it a bug of TemSite?

Sounds like a bug in some code - whether theirs (IWOV's) or yours remains to be determined - perhaps the browser wasn't intended to be used in the staging area and is getting confused - or perhaps you're on Windows and it's getting confused because it's doing some sort of regex before fixing the path-separators or some thing.

You should probably (a) open a case with IWOV Support and (b) dig further on your own - try out different things (like working from a workarea instead of staging, working from an edition instead of staging, making sure the path passed to the utility uses only forward-slashes, etc.)

Thanks for your response.

You are correct. My server is running in windows. The browser works fine if im browsing inside the workarea. But it's not accepting outside of the workarea and particularly in staging. The browser shows the images that are present in staging when I set the initial directory to over there but the path it is displaying is incorrect in the text box after selecting the appropriate image.

I opened a case in support.
