Ilog version in LiveSite 3.0?

What is the version of Ilog that is used in LiveSite? Also is it possible to use the license for Ilog outside of LiveSite?

Not our license is restricted to be used embedded within Livesite/SitePublisher.

you need to contact ilog directly to get a license to use for purposes other that segmentation and targeting.
