templating.cfg — Group Credentials not Supported for the allowed tag

Just my Share -
I came to know about this issue with group credentials cred group="groupname" not working for the allowed tag in templating.cfg . Here is the workarround to the issue if someone requires it before SP1-
1. Define custom roles groupname_author, groupname_editor, groupname_admin using the TS 6.7.1 Administration tab.

2. Define Roles and Permissions on the Branch using the above defined custom Roles.

3. Use the below snippet in templating.cfg to restrict access.

[size=1]
allowed

and

or

cred role="groupname_author"/

cred role="groupname_author"/

cred role="groupname_author"/

/or

/and

/allowed


[/size][/size]This shall serve as the workarround to the issue. I have also sent this to TechSupport Admin so they can publish if required.

I was going to fix the formatting in your post - but the code appears to be a bit of gibberish - perhaps you can try again - and just surround the XML code with [html]...[/html] ...
