Server Disconnected error at the login screen

Hi,

We have installed TeamSite 6.7.1.0 on Solaris. Sometimes we get "Server Disconnected" error at the login screen and users cannot login to the system. After iwreset -a this error goes away. During the last week this happened three times. Please let me know why this happens and how we could avoid this.

Is all your preview and other stuff working fine. The most important thing is that is your IIS behaving properly? This happend to us and our application pool is gone. Make sure that the IIS and its application pool are intact.

Thanks for your relply. We have installed TeamSite on Solaris. Apache is running without any problems on the server.

Did you check your servletd log? Are there any errors?

Yes, servletd.log gives the following error. This happens everyday now. Always we had to do a iwreset -a to get back to work.

Check the TS user, TSIMP_servername

Is the account correct ? Sometimes I have seen this account get locked out (because the password is not changed every 90 days or whatever).

Looks like your cssdk is unable to communicate with your Teamsite server. Check your cssdk configuration.

This issue can be fixed by SP1. But have a confirmation from IWOV support team.

I did some investigation on my end and found out that this error message can be avoided by making sure that the Teamsite server name is not missing from cssdk.cfg.
