Bad Session string - Workflow Problem

Hi,
I am getting an error when trying to invoke a workflow with a TS local user. Screenshot is also attached.
Invalid Workflow: Bad Session String 52616e64.......
I had added three local users to the system and gave them Editor role in TS.
Two of them is working fine, but one shows the error. I had checked for the permissions and those are same for all three. I searched on devnet, got some suggestion to clear the cache, cookies, but no luck.
I also tried removing that account from editor role. Then iwreset -a and delete the account from machine. Created the account again added it to editor role.

Any help is appreciated.

Env: TS 6.5 SP2 on windows server 2003

I looked at both the articles.
57293 says, it happens when the files are missing from iw-bin. I did not really get this , because I have no workflow files under iw-bin. Also, if it is talking about any system file, it should affect all the users. Is there any specific file for which it is talking about ?
Article 55503 ask to use iwsessionkeygen to generate the new session key for the users. But it also says not to run it if some user is using the system, as it may cause various errors. Is there any way I can find how many users are currently using TS ?

First, the 57293 check your dev server and see if the files are the same, there are a number of IWOV files there.

Yes it can make only certain users fail (depending on the permissioins)

As to the second, I would force people off, maybe by stopping TeamSite. You can use iwrecentusers to see who *may* be on if you decide to warn them

I checked all the files under iw-bin with the production box and all the files are present.
I did not understand the permission issue. On which files should we need to check the permissions ? Everyone has the access to the folder iw-home with rwx.

Did you managed to get the solution for this issue? One of the user while importing a ppt file ran through similar error.

I could not get the cause of the issue. As it was a dummy account on our test server, I created a new account and did not have that problem again. But, interestingly, when I checked the old account after few months, the problem did not reproduce.

One scenario this can happen is when your Y-drive/virtual drive is so big that your iw-store ate all of your space on the drive it is on at this point the user info gets corruptand gives you errors, The option was to delete that user and create the user with same name.
