'tinyMCE' is null or not an object

Hello,

We get this error message " 'tinyMCE' is null or not an object " whenever we open a new form for a sample DCT. The DCT is a very simple one, with only 1 text item. But when we do a new form entry, the form opens with a JS error, and the detail shows this message. Also, the form does not show up the regular Save, Save As, Preview, Generate, etc. buttons. The Finish and Cancel buttons are there, but they don't work as well. We have tried using different browsers, clearing browser cache, etc. nothing has solved this problem.

It's a new installation of TS 6.7.1 on Windows 2003, Enterprise Edition, Service Pack 2.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Save, Save As, Preview, Generate, etc. buttons are configured in the iw-home\local\config\templating.cfg file. Use the "viewoptions" tag to set these for your DCT.

I think, your DCT is somehow referencing tinymce. attach your DCT to this post

Just an FYI Windows 2003, Enterprise Edition, Service Pack 2 is not a supported environment. Refer to the release notes. Did you install any patches after you installed 6.7.1?

@speridian: Are you still getting this error? If so, please log a ticket with iwov support. TS 6.7.1 should work on win2k3sp2.
