problem with metadata capture GUI

Hello friends,

in my CC Professional GUI, Tag option is not showing in Action dropdown list.Also when I click on "tag" from "properties" of a particular DCR, the follwing error is showing "There was a problem with metadata capture configuration. Please contact your system administrator. "

What could be the possible reason for this?

TS version 6.5 SP3
Windows 2003 Enterprise edition

If the Tag option is not showing - perhaps it was removed via UI customization (check iwhome/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/etc/conf/customer/ui_custom.xml)

If you get an error when invoking the tagging GUI - check iwhome/local/config/datacapture.cfg and iwhome/local/config/metadata-rules.cfg
