How to Upload a file to Workspace using Outlook?

Hi,

I am creating windows application, in which user can select the files from local system for uploading it into Interwoven workspace.

Uploading can be done by both Online and Offline mode.
For this i tought of using Outlook as intermediate between Windows application and Interwoven for checking Online and Offline.
But i don't know hoe to upload the file using outlook.

can any one help be to find the solution for uploading file for the local system to Interwoven during offline mode.

Is any other solution available other than Outlook.
