Import Exchange Public Folders into WSMP 5

We have a need to migrate (copy) part of an Exchange Public Folder structure (folders, subfolders and emails) into a WorkSpace. We've tried copying the top level folder using Outlook copy commands but the process will be tedious with the hundreds of exchange folders and subfolders.

Does anyone have an idea of how to duplicate the Exchange Folder hierarchy in WSMP 5? Once the folder structure is duplicated in the WorkSpace the emails (not the folders) could be copied from Exchange to WSMP using Outlook copy commands.

The idea is to eliminate the hassle of creating and naming each and every Exchange folder in WSMP via the WSMP "new folder" wizard.

My first thought was to find a way to export just the Exchange folder structure to CSV, duplicate that hierarchy in Windows, then use MP Data Loader to create the same folder structure in the workspace.

If anyone knows a better way please share. If anyone knows how to duplicate the Exchange folder structure in Windows or export the Exchange folder structure to CSV that would be appreciated as well.
