Flash files not displaying

I'm running TS 6.5.0 SP3 on Win 2003 and an Apache web server. I'm unable to view flash files in an html page. I've checked the mime.types file in iw-home\iw-webd\conf to confirm that application/x-shockwave-flash and swf are included.

Any ideas? I've checked both IE and Firefox and have Flash Player 9 installed.

Where is your HTML & SWF file. Is it on TeamSite or under web server's root. Can you try to hit the swf file directly. What's your customer_webserver?
