Adding a file to a workflow

We have a requirement in our workflow that on submission of a file for a workflow, we need to attach one more file with the same name to the workflow.
Actually we need it only to be visible in viewDifference function.

Please suggest any approach

Two files of same name from the same workarea could not be attached to the workflow. (Interwoven strategic programming)

However, i suggest you to call your ViewDifference function in case there are at least 2 files being attached.

Kaalra - what did you mean by the above? I do not find any issues in attaching a file with the same name but a different location to the workflow..

This is not a clear requirement.

Do you mean index.html and somedir/index.html ? That is easy (but I suspect not what you want).

if you mean 2 files somedir/index.html then where are they from ? different workareas ? i.e. are they different versions of the same file ? Then the previous suggestion about comparing 2 versions of the same file are valid.

Please explain your use case more clearly.

If you have a file /somedir/index.html on the same workarea, then it is not possible to attach the file twice on a same job.
