Email is not received by TeamSite(Non OS) User in Workflow

Hi,
I am working on TS6.7.1 and using iw_solution_email.ipl to send email in Workflow. When we initiate or work with OS User, the email is being received by respective OS User. But, when we initiate or work on Workflow with TeamSite(Non OS) User, the email is not received by TeamSite user(Non OS).

Could you please help me any configuration is needed for TeamSite(Non OS) user

Could you please let us know, as how you have mapped the non-OS user mail with userid?

Also provide your work env.

OS : Unix

We have updated the PM file to select the email id from tsusers.xml instead of email_map.cfg.

Now, we use tsusers.xml and all email id are selected from here.

The non-OS user is listed in tsusers.xml, pasted the configuration for both OS and Non-OS user

1) OS user:
<iwuser name="test123">
<display-name value="SatishKumar T Jadhav">
</display-name>
<email value="satishjadhav@hsbc.co.in">
</email>
<preferredui value="ccpro">
</preferredui>
<ismaster value="no">
</ismaster>
</iwuser>

2) Non-OS user:
<iwuser name="VijayKumar" userdbid="ext_src_1" tsid="6">
<email value="vijaykumar.sharma@us.hsbc.com">
</email>
<preferredui value="ccpro">
</preferredui>
<ismaster value="no">
</ismaster>
</iwuser>

I will update you on this later, this part of work is done by my teammate. He is not available now to update you.

Mean while could you tell me, what can I do... or can check so..... that mail is not going to non-os user
