Without details of your issue, we can only guess how to help you. If the issue is related to file (viewing, editing, exporting, etc), then the issue is typically java version. You need to use the version of JRE that is defined in Webtop 6.6 release notes.
Probably JRE issue. What kind of error are they getting?
I would use what's listed in release notes unless your corporate IT dept has an issue.
You can also disable UCF for viewing, and use HTTP mode
