Font file format compatible with MediaBin's "Text Layer Adder"

Hello, there

Does MediaBin's "Text Layer Adder" supports ".pfm" font file format? Currently, I've installed a ".pfm" font on the MediaBin server at OS level. But when I tried to run a task that contains "Text Layer Adder" primitive, it outputs an error.

I've looked through the MediaBin Asset Server Task User's manual, but could not find the font file formats that are supported at MediaBin concretely. As far as I know, MB doesn't support "some proprietary and general postscript files
(for example, non-encapsulated PostScript files)".

Any information on font file format supported would be helpful when purchasing fonts. :-)

The text layer adder leverages Adobe Graphics Server and therefore the method of updating fonts is the same as you would another Adobe product! If you have Photoshop or Illustrator handy it would provide a quick sanity check that Adobe recognizes the font. This is not necessary (i.e., do not buy them if you do not already have them, although I believe they have free demos), but a quick check if convenient.
