Where can I find library documentation?

I see posts talking about FileDALIfc and "the user" and whetever else, I've been decompiling the livesite jar file but there's only so much I can guess from such code that does not seem to have any comments in it.

Is there any doc available anywhere like a cookbook, samples, best practices, or even a javadoc somewhere ? pretty please with a cherry on top ?

I have turned the support site around about 500 times and still couldn't find ANYTHING!
PLEASE HELP!!!
