Cannot Edit / View DCR

Hi Our TS Application is used by end all Users all over the world.

Today from one region , the End Users were facing a problem.

When they were trying to View DCR they were getting an error message stating "TeamSite:Wrapper : Wrapper Smiley Very Happy

id not get the session string".

The same DCRs could be accessed by other end Users without any problem.

Note: The DCR was not locked and the user has full permission for that branch.

What could be the Possible reason for the same.

are you using any third party LDAP for maintaining the groups?
