Teamsite after login showing error like "This page can't be displayed"

Hi,

I am a teamsite 7.2.1 user. I am facing some strange issue like after login showing error like "This page can't be displayed".

Already followed steps as below:
1. Checked many times in the tsuser.xml file where all users being handled and it is fine as other user.
2. Reset the teamsite server with command "iwreset -a"
3. Restarted teamsite server.
4. Checked in IE and Chrome browser but result is same.issue.png

What is the URL that fails ? Get the URL from a user where it works and try that one.

TeamSite goes to the last URL used, so if you go to a broken UI (maybe the CC/STD or TeamSite UI) and it fails, it will continue to retry.

You can force to the CCPRO by going to http://server/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.filesys

The URL is http://b04intd01/iw-cc/command/iw.ui. But after force click on ccpro in http://server/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.filesys showing same error.

You did substitute the real hostname (b04intd01) for server in the URL I hope

Find the content_center.log and iwbjoss.log, tail them and try again. Post any errors.

You may need to rebuild the entities DB for that user, support can give you the information on how.
