My Matter categories

We automatically populate matters to our users' My Matters folder, and include a Category which is the client name.

When the categories display under My Matters, they include a preceeding underscore - eg _John Smith & Co.

The underscore is not part of the category name, so something in Filesite is adding this in.

Does anyone know how to remove it? Its very frustrating.

Outlook sorts all nodes alphabetically, so the _ is automatically added to group items.

This means that categories will 'float' to the top of the My Matters tree, and shortcuts to workspaces, for example, will be appear at the bottom of the list, rather than sorted alphabetically in the midst of categories and My Matters subscriptions.

I don't know if this is customisable.
