Opendeployment receiver problem
jagadesh
I installed oped deployment receiver in application server.
I configured odrcvr.xml and deploy.cfg for deployment.
After installation what are the things i need to do?
While running deployment to receiver server, I am getting the following error message.
ERROR: Connection failed: Could not find matching OpenDeploy client for (BTSunSVR).

I replied to your other thread, you should close one.

I configured as you told but still is not working

1st, close the other 2 threads. This belongs in this forum.
Post your configuration file along with the odnodes.xml from teh server. There is something amiss with one of those files and it cannot be debugged without that information. Also log into the sender and ping the receiver.

My sender odnodes.xml attached

I said to post your OD config that you are trying to run as well
it should be in the conf directory.
However the issue looks to be that you have this receiver defined: sjs005a002 but the config is trying to deploy to BTSunSVR

Conf file for base

How are you invoking OD ? I am guessing that the invokation is setting one of the variables to the sendername instead of the receiver name.

Conf file for base
We're missing the one other file involved here - the odrcvr.xml file - you say you configured it - but either you didn't configure it to match your localNode from your deployment config file - or you did but neglected to restart the receiver server process to make it re-read the configuration entries.
There seems to be a bunch of folks posting regarding this issue all of a sudden - please try
searching
the forums for the error message you see (ignoring the site-specific hostname) - and you should find the information you need.
