Select a file

Hi.
One of our user is getting a weird problem in her machine. When she select a file and click Submit. She is getting error "You must select at least one file"
File has been selected.

What are the possible problem/configuration that I need to correct?

If this works well for other users for the same system,it might be because the browser is not running the javascript which gets executed in background ....

Does it happen when starting the workflow or copying one file to another location.

Could be browser problem also...

Try clearing cache and cokkies and try again..

Is it behaving the same manner all the time or sometimes. Also provide your working env - TS version and OS.

Try contact teamsite support, I remember we encounter this kind of issue 2 year back on 6.1 and teamsite support suggested something which help resolve this.
