add a file with workflow modeler

I have been using workflow modeler for simple flows not involving any external tasks.

I have a requirement that when a file is submitted to the workflow, a second f file from the same branch/workarea will be included under program control.

This means that if A is selected and submitted , the flow will attach file B and process both A and B.

I assume this is trivial under wft models. Has anyone done something similar under wfm?
