Attached files were gone?

Hi there,

I am testing author assignment wft, which is default workflow from wft folder. I knew there are 2 ways to add/attach files -- one is add files before job created, another is add/attach files after job created, which in authorwork task.
I am trying testing the second one. Once job was created, there is a feature in authorwork task that you can add/attach files. I tried to map the files by Existing Files icon, after I attached the files, then click attach the files icon. The same window was refushed, all the attached files have not been showed and the Finish icon was gone.
Does everyone have idea for this, or I just did wrong way to add/attach files.

Any replies will be appreciated.

The second method to attach files, as you have mentioned, works fine as well.

You need to click on Existing Files -> Add File -> Attach File.

The page should refresh, attach the new files to the existing task, but your task should not transition over to the next.

Without log files, TS Version, etc. its hard to help
