Documentum 16.4 upgrade Blank screen is displayed when clicking on user selection page

After upgrading to Documentum 16.4 a blank screen is displayed when navigating to user selection page. Issue is only with custom code and not with OOTB code

What product (ie UI) are you referring to (D2, Webtop, xCP)?

It sounds like the updates broke their backwards compatibility. Have you confirmed that this issue exists for various browsers?

The custom application is not supported in other browsers.

What OOTB code are you talking about? Is this custom WDK/Webtop app?
